Yes. At Duru Rent a Car, the rental requirement is a valid licence held for at least 1 year; a Turkish licence meets this requirement. There is also an agreement in force for mutual recognition of driving licences between Turkey and the TRNC (signed in 2022 and updated in December 2025).
